SHIPPING TERMS

1. Delivery Area
We deliver goods within the territory of the Slovak Republic and to countries within the European Union.

2. Delivery Methods
Orders are delivered through our contracted carrier:  DPD

3. Delivery Time
Products that are in stock are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation or receipt of payment.
Delivery times may be extended in the event of stock shortages, force majeure, or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is submitted and depend on the selected delivery method and destination country.

5. Inspection of the Shipment
The Buyer is required to check the condition of the package upon delivery.
If the package shows visible signs of damage, we recommend that the Buyer either prepare a damage report with the carrier or refuse acceptance of the shipment.

6. Transfer of Risk
The risk of damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon receipt of the shipment.

PAYMENT TERMS

1. Online Card Payment
Payments are processed through the secure Tatra banka payment gateway – TatraPay+.
The payment is processed immediately after order confirmation.
No fee is charged for online card payments.

2. Bank Transfer
After placing an order, the customer will receive a proforma invoice or payment instructions.
The goods will be dispatched after the payment has been credited to the Seller’s bank account.
No fee is charged for payment by bank transfer.

3. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the Seller until the purchase price has been paid in full.

4. Unclaimed Shipments
If the customer fails to accept the ordered goods and the shipment is returned to the Seller, the Seller reserves the right to claim reimbursement of the shipping costs incurred.
If the customer requests that the order be shipped again, a new shipping fee will be charged according to the carrier’s current price list.
