Return policy

Introductory Provisions

1. Sellers in the online shop Temperance Slovakia Ltd. s r. o., Krasovského 13, 851 01 Bratislava.

2. Buyer in an Internet shop is any natural or legal person who sends an electronic form with an order of goods or services.

3. This Claims Procedure (hereinafter referred to as CP) regulates the legal relations between the seller and the buyer when dealing with complaints concerning correctness and quality of goods and services provided by the seller.

4. The Claim, regarding the Claims Procedure, is to be the buyer´s right to claim the responsibility for any defects of goods or services provided by the seller requesting a reparation or refoundation for any defective fulfilment or failure to fulfil the subject of the contract.

Claim handling

1. Based on CP, the entitled person (Buyer) may apply the complaint in person, in writing or by electronic post.

2. The complaint must be obvious particularly in:

• who is making a complaint (name, surname, permanent address),

•  the matter of the complaint or a description of what the buyer is claiming,

• to whom the complaint is addressed,

• date of the complaint,

• the buyer´s signature or a signature of an authorized person with a Letter of Authorization enclosed

3. In the case of submitting a claim electronically or in writing by the authorized person on behalf of the buyer, a Letter of Authorization must be enclosed to such a complaint.

4. If the complaint does not contain the requirements stated in the point num. 2. of this article, the complaint will be considered unauthorized.

5. The Claim handling will be processed within 30 days after the Claim´s Acceptance. The seller will issue a written document to the buyer once the Claim procedure is complete.

6. The Claim´s Acceptance is to be the date of Claim Form accepted by the buyer. The date of Claim Form is considered to be:

・ for postal items - date when the claim is received at the seller’s site

・ for a personal delivery - date stated in the Claim Form Copy confirming that the seller has received it

・ for  e-mails - Date when the e-mail is delivered to the seller e-mail address

7. The other legal relationships between the seller and the buyer which are not specifically stated in the CP shall be conducted by the relevant provisions of the individual contracts, concluded between the seller and the buyer, given the relevant regulations of the generally binding legislation in force in the territory of the Slovak republic, respectively.

8.The Seller is entitled to change or amend this CP at any time due to the changes of legislation and the entrepreneurial environment. The seller shall specify the current CP version by disclosing it on their website.

9. Regarding the CP, the buyer is entitled to return the goods ordered electronically within 14 days.

10. We do not accept such claims where user´s allergic reaction is the reason for the claim itself. In such a case, it is not a poor-quality product because all products are tested and approved according to the international standards in force, as well as the standards in force in the SR and the EU.

11. The goods can only be returned, provided that the signs of use, and the original packaging is intact.
