Terms of the competition:

The competition is not affiliated with, organized in any way or endorsed by Meta. Information about the participants' competitions is not provided to Meta, but to TEMPERANCE SLOVENSKO s.r.o., as the administrator of Temperance's sub-sites on the social network Meta. The information obtained from the participants in the competition will be used exclusively for the purposes of the competition. Meta is not responsible for the content of the competition, only its organizer.

1. The organizer of the competition of: Cure Phyto Green Anti-Aging Cream

(Hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") is:

The organizer of the promotional competition is the company TEMPERANCE SLOVENSKO s.r.o., with its registered office at Krasovského 13, 851 01 Bratislava, ID number: 31392504, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section Sro, File No. 8708 / B (hereinafter the "Organizer").

2. Date of the Competition and place

The competition takes place from 1.5.2024 od 7.00  - 8.5.2024 do 19.00  the social network Meta and Instagram on www.facebook.com/temperancesk and https://www.instagram.com/temperancesk   

3. Conditions of participation in the Competition

Only natural persons over the age of 18 may participate in the competition (persons under the age of 18 may participate only with the consent of their legal representative) with an address for delivery in the territory of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter "Competitors" or "Contestants").

The conditions for participation in the Competition are as follows:

Contestants will enter the Contest if, at the time of the Contest, they add their comment on the entry to the Organizer's Meta / Instagram profile ("post").

Participation in the Competition is not conditioned by the purchase of any products offered for sale in TEMPERANCE SLOVAKIA s.r.o.

Contestants may enter the Contest repeatedly during the Contest, but Contestants may only win once;

Employees of TEMPERANCE SLOVENSKO s.r.o. are excluded from the Competition. Family members of TEMPERANCE SLOVENSKO s.r.o. employees are not excluded from the competition. (spouse, children, parents and siblings).

4. Evaluation of the Competition and winnings

4.1. The assessment of the fulfillment of all conditions of participation in the Competition is for each Competitor exclusively within the competence of the Organizer.

4.2. The winner of the Competition will be the Contestant appointed by the Organizer and who meets all the Conditions of participation in the competition.
The winners will be selected without the presence of the public. The number of winners is limited to 1 (one) on the Temperance Meta and 1 (one) on Instagram profile.

The prize in the competition will be the product: Cure Phyto Green Anti-Aging Cream

4.3. The winners will be announced on the Temperance Facebook profile no later than 3 working days after the draw. Winners will be asked to send contact details such as name, surname, address, telephone number and e-mail to temperance@temperance.sk

4.4. In the event that the Winner does not respond to the Organizer's message about the prize in the Competition within 5 (five) calendar days, he / she loses the right to the prize.

4.5. Prizes will be sent to the Winners by mail courier or courier, by delivery to the address specified by the Winner and notified to the Organizer. The Winner is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the data required to deliver the Prize. The organizers are not responsible for the theft, loss, damage to the Prize, its non-delivery or delay in delivery caused by the postal courier or courier.

5. Exclusion of the Competitor

The organizers reserve the right not to include in the Competition a Contestant whose comment will contain a grossly offensive statement or the content of his comment will be contrary to good morals.

6. Participation in the Competition and consent to the processing of personal data

6.1. The Operator and the person responsible for processing the personal data of the Participants within the Competition is the Organizer.

6.2. By participating in the Competition, the Participant in the Competition grants his / her consent to the Conditions of the Competition and at the same time grants the Organizer his / her explicit consent to the processing of his / her Personal Data within the scope of data specified in point 4.3. Conditions and data necessary for participation in the Competition a) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "the Regulation"). The purpose of this processing is to ensure the organization and evaluation of the Competition in accordance with the Conditions (eg handing over the prize to the winner of the Competition, publishing the name, surname, city of the winner of the Competition in the media, on the above mentioned website and Facebook page of the Organizer). The personal data of the Participant will be processed for these purposes during the Competition, which will be published in accordance with point 4.2.

6.3. To the extent necessary, the personal data of the winners of the Competition will be stored even after the end of the Competition for the purposes of legal protection of the Organizer (eg enforcement of legal claims, defense in case of claims against the Organizer, etc.). Participation in the Competition is not possible without the consent of this section of the Conditions.

6.4. Granting the Participant's consent to the processing of his personal data pursuant to Section 6.2. and 6.3. The conditions are voluntary and are not a condition for providing other services of the Organizer (eg sale of goods).

6.5. Any of the consents granted in accordance with point 6.2. and 6.3. The conditions can be revoked at any time in writing by means of a written notice addressed to the address of the seat of the Organizer of the Competition or to the e-mail address of the responsible person of the Organizer temperance@temperance.sk. In the event that the Participant withdraws its consent pursuant to clause 6.2. Conditions granted for the purposes of organizing the Competition, its participation in the Competition is no longer possible. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing of data which was based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

6.6. The Participant agrees that after the expiration of his consent to the processing of personal data, as well as after the expiration of the purpose for which the personal data were processed, these should be immediately eliminated without the need for further notification by the Organizer, if the obligation of further storage does not arise. from specific legislation.

6.7. Personal data processed within the Competition may be provided only to the operator of the social network Facebook and Instagram for the purposes of their publication according to point 4.2. in conjunction with point 6.3. Conditions, to the extent necessary: name, surname and city of the winner of the Competition.

6.8. At the request of the Participant as the data subject and provided that the requirements set out in the Regulation are complied with, the Organizer informs this person whether he / she processes his / her personal data and, if so, which of his / her personal data are processed. Subject to compliance with the requirements of the Regulation, the data subject has (i) the right to access his personal data, (ii) the right to correct incorrect personal data, (iii) the right to restrict the processing of personal data, (iv) the right to object to the processing of personal data (v) the right to have personal data erased, in particular where they are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were obtained or otherwise processed, or where the data subject has withdrawn his or her consent to their processing and there is no other legal basis for processing; where applicable, if personal data have been processed illegally; and (vi) the right to data portability. For these purposes, the person concerned may contact the Organizer at any time at the registered office of Temperance Slovensko s.r.o. or at the e-mail address of the responsible person of the Organizer temperance@temperance.sk or at the telephone number: 0915748410. The Organizer will resolve the request of the person concerned without undue delay and in any case within the time limits laid down in generally binding legislation.

6.9. The persons concerned have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, with its registered office at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, Slovak Republic, ID number: 36064220, telephone contact: +421/2/3231 3220 or +421 2 323 132 14, e-mail: statny.dozor@pdp.gov.sk especially in case of suspicion of personal data breach.

7. Final provisions

7.1. By participating in the Competition, the Competitor grants the Organizer consent to the wording of these Rules.

7.2. The Contestant does not have a legal right to provide the Prize and the Contestant is not entitled to demand any alternative performance from the Organizer instead of the Prize. At the same time, the Contestant is not obliged to accept the Prize.

7.3. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the Prize with another prize of comparable type and value and to change the conditions for the handing over of the Prize.

7.4. The Organizers are not liable for any damage incurred by the competitor as a result of participation in the Competition or the unavailability / malfunction of technical equipment and networks necessary for the course of the Competition and participation in it.
