1. Prepare your skin – Cleanse your face thoroughly to prepare it for the mask.

2. Apply the mask – Remove the mask from its packaging and place it over your face. Smooth it out from the centre towards the edges so it fits comfortably against your skin.

3. Relax for 20 minutes – Let the mask work while you enjoy a moment of relaxation. Then remove it and gently massage the remaining essence into your skin.

4. Complete your routine – If your skin needs extra hydration, apply a moisturiser or emulsion. Do not rinse off the essence. The mask is for single use only.

5. Enjoy regular skincare – Use 3–4 times a week if recommended by the manufacturer and tolerated well by your skin.
