BB and CC creams

BB creams and CC creams are primarily intended for final skin care. Both types of creams are aimed at improving its appearance, but have different effects and properties.

Let's talk about the individual types of creams.

BB cream (Beauty Balm or Blemish Balm) is a toning cream with benefits such as SPF, antioxidants or vitamins.
Its color pigmentation serves to cover the skin and improve its appearance. BB cream can also contain a protective factor SPF, which protects the skin from sunlight. It is usually used as a substitute for regular make-up and provides subtle coverage with a natural look. In addition, many BB creams have additional properties, such as moisturizing, brightening, reducing fine lines and nourishing the skin.

Another type of cover cream is CC cream (Color correcting cream). Its function is to correct color irregularities of the skin, such as redness, dark circles under the eyes, scars, pigment spots, or acne spots. CC cream contains pigments that neutralize unwanted shades on the skin, improving its overall appearance. CC creams are usually lighter and less greasy than BB creams because their purpose is not to cover imperfections, but rather to correct skin color irregularities.

What is the history of tinting creams?

They were originally developed by dermatologists as a way to help patients with sensitive skin. who were recovering from various cosmetic procedures. These creams provided both coverage and protection from the sun, helping the skin to regenerate better and faster, as well as improving its appearance. Over time, BB creams have become popular not only in Asia, but also around the world. They later became a hit in the beauty industry and were heavily promoted in Western countries. Today, BB cream is part of the regular assortment of many cosmetic brands and has become a popular choice for many women and men for daily use.
BB creams have gradually evolved and continue to adapt to customer needs. CC creams appeared on the market later. The first was introduced in this century and was mainly designed to provide coverage while improving the texture and color of the skin. It represents the next step in the development of covering creams. While BB creams provide coverage or protection from the sun, CC creams are designed to help with certain skin problems. Many of us often suffer from uneven pigmentation, dark circles under the eyes, or redness. CC creams can contain a high amount of antioxidants and ingredients that help fight aging.
They differ in composition and color shade to suit the needs and preferences of customers and their skin types.
