Centella asiatica, a delicate, fragile plant with imperfectly rounded leaves, has great power within it. Its original home is Asian wetlands, and thanks to its wide range of effects, it has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. In old or newer "writings" we find it under various names, and many are still used today.
Asian umbilical cord is the Slovak translation of this interesting plant, the name "tiger grass" was given to tigers who rubbed themselves against it when injured and used its healing effects on their wounds. You can buy it under the other name "Gotu kola" as an excellent regenerative tea. In the cosmetics industry we call her simply "CICA".

But let's get things in order.
Currently, Centela asiatica is one of the most used and popular active ingredients in Korean cosmetic products, and it already has a prominent place in other cosmetic superpowers (in Western countries). After all, who wouldn't take its effects seriously!
