Dark circles under eyes

Bags under the eyes: Find the right eye cream!

The dark circles under our eyes bother many of us.

They are usually caused by lack of sleep, allergies, stress, poor drinking habits or poor lifestyle (smoking, drinking alcohol) and so on.

The good news is that you don't have to spend a lot of money on expensive beauty treatments. You can also remove dark circles naturally. The most common tips include cucumbers and cold tea bags, preferably from green tea.

If you are also bothered by bags or puffy eyes, there is no need to panic. Here are some tips to help you deal with this problem.
Dark circles can be caused by three aspects: genetics, poor blood circulation, and lifestyle. In case of genetics, this may be due to a type of hyperpigmentation in the skin, such as melanin overproduction. Genetically, some people usually have thinner skin (usually 0.5 mm, while the rest of the body is 2 mm). Dark circles can also be visible due to poor blood circulation and, last but not least, due to a poor lifestyle, which is often accompanied by poor sleep, poor diet and, in particular, poor drinking habits.

As your veins widen, they automatically become darker. There are many reasons why your veins can dilate – short sleep, stress, dehydration, dietary factors, alcohol, even allergies. To find the main culprit, gently pinch your skin between your fingers and lift it. If the skin is still brown, it is caused by hyperpigmentation, if not, it is poor blood circulation.

If your body is dehydrated, it tries to compensate for the lack of hydration by retaining as much water as possible in the body, which leads to swelling under the eyes. That is why we need to make sure we drink the recommended amount of water. This is extremely important because water not only leaves your skin hydrated and good looking, but it also keeps your eyes in good condition. Always have at least a litre bottle of water on the table (we should drink about 2 litres of water a day).

Green tea is literally loaded with caffeine, which can help shrink blood vessels under the eyes, thus reducing inflammation in the veins and skin. Caffeine in tea also keeps blood capillaries in good condition, improves the appearance of dark circles and reduces swelling. It has antibacterial effects, thoroughly hydrates the skin, gives it elasticity and firmness. At the same time, eye cream with green tea revitalizes and nourishes the skin. In our case, you can reach for Green Tea Eye Cream, for example. It relieves swelling of the eye area, has an antibacterial, hydrating effect and at the same time strengthens sensitive skin in the eye area. Thanks to green tea, it revitalizes and nourishes the skin at the same time.

Our eye creams also contain, for example, the aforementioned caffeine. In one of them you will find literally treasures. The high oil content of WONDER LIFTING EYE CREAM has a very positive effect on the area around the eyes, where the skin is thinnest. Shea butter provides nutrition and hydration. Peptides, caffeine and green tea extract have a lifting effect. Panthenol soothes irritated skin. Mushroom beta glucan protects the skin from the harmful external environment.

Another novelty is, for example, the Oh Beau series. The eye cream is intended for very wrinkled skin. Thanks to oils such as macadamia, wetland and jojoba and their high content, it softens and nourishes the skin and creates a soft and delicate feeling on its surface. Hyaluronic acid and shea butter have a hydrating effect. Beta glucan protects the skin from the harmful external environment. Arbutin has a brightening effect. Snail slime regenerates skin cells, and peptides have an anti-wrinkle and lifting effect.

You can also choose coconut oil. The benefits of coconut oil are endless. It improves your health and physical appearance. If you notice that dark circles appear under your eyes, simply massage extra virgin coconut oil around the eyes. Rinse it with lukewarm water in the morning. How does it work? Vitamin E and antioxidants contained in coconut oil help to heal and repair damaged skin cells. It also has anti-inflammatory properties that reduce swelling.
And what about rose water? Rose water rejuvenates the skin, soothes tired eyes and helps reduce dark circles. Soak a cotton swab in rose water for about 3 minutes and then place it directly on the closed lids. Leave on for 15 minutes. For fastest results, repeat this procedure twice a day for 2 to 3 weeks. If you like face masks, we will please you, because our non-woven mask with rose water also works in the eye area. It is suitable for any skin type and can even playfully deal with rashes or small sores. In addition, the high content of glycerine will give your skin a perfect dose of hydration.

However, in order for any product to work properly so we can enjoy healthy, hydrated and fresh skin, it is extremely important to focus on care from the inside of our body as well. The basis of everything is, of course, thorough hydration, so do not forget about a regular drinking regime. You will see, your skin will soon repay you. :-)
