Skin problems are every woman's fear. Sensitive skin, eczema, acne or rosacea, what to do, how to help?
Rosacea is a ordinary chronic inflammatory skin disease today. The main manifestation is more or less persistent redness in the area of the cheeks, often also the nose and visible coils, red dots. Dry skin with scales is often associated, but also thickened with cracks, but it can also be oily.

We know 4 types of rosacea:
1. reddened skin resembles a sunburn, causes the appearance of red spots on the skin
2. acne rosacea - red dots on the skin resemble acne
3. rhinophyma - redness on the nose with enlarged pores
4. ocular rosacea – manifests as a dry, itchy or swollen eye

Although we cannot cure rosacea, nowadays we already know how to deal with this problem and make life with it easier. A visit to a dermatologist should be a matter of course, because delaying help worsens the condition of the skin. Through a professional examination, consultation, you will find out what is the main trigger, what causes it to flare up. Figuring out what could be triggering your rosacea can be difficult, but it's worth trying so you can actively prevent it from getting worse. Only then will you be able to make often simple changes that will help you get unpleasant attacks under control. You will find that the very first step is a change of habits, a change of lifestyle. It is not easy to critically evaluate the previous lifestyle, to give up favorite foods, habits and activities. Triggers vary from person to person. The influence of the weather is frequent, and stress is a factor that affects the "functioning" of almost all of us.

So what triggers are we talking about here?
- stress
- change of weather, intentional and accidental exposure to sunlight, wind and cold
- hot baths and showers, steaming and hot water for skin care
- spicy and spicy foods, alcohol
- unsuitable cosmetics
- some medicines
- increased physical exertion, exercise

Rosacea makes the skin extremely sensitive, so what will her daily care be like?
Not only the lifestyle but also the cosmetics we use in our routine require changes and reassessment.
We avoid astringent preparations containing alcohol, witch hazel, menthol, mint, eucalyptus. Lavender, rosemary or warming cinnamon can also be irritating.
Cleansing is very important for skin with rosacea. Gentle but thorough removal of dirt, bacteria and excess oil is the first step to calm it down and at the same time prevent unwanted associated infections. Choose a gentle, non-irritating product according to your skin type. A good choice is cleansing oil, milk or a soft foam. Avoid rough and violent rubbing, rinse the preparation with lukewarm water or a tissue.

Centella asiatica, Aloe vera, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, ceramides, green tea, vitamin C, azelaic acid. These are ingredients that soothe, have an anti-inflammatory and healing effect, strengthen the skin barrier, and support healing processes in the skin. Even in this case, toner and skin toning is an integral part of the daily routine. By regularly applying tonic water, we not only clean the skin, rid it of the remains of the cleaning product, but also balance its pH, which was disturbed by cleaning. The correct pH makes the skin more resistant to the pathogens it is exposed to on a daily basis. In addition, a properly chosen toner provides initial hydration to the skin, has soothing, anti-inflammatory and healing effects. Serum / essence / ampoule is another important step in skin care. His task is to solve her problems and needs. It replenishes hydration in the skin and thus improves the condition of the skin barrier. It becomes more resistant to the adverse effects of the external environment, inflammation is reduced. The active ingredients soothe and regenerate, thereby delaying the next unpleasant flare-up of rosacea.
A correctly chosen cream is also an integral part of skin care affected by rosacea. Hydration, relaxation, and regeneration are attributes that "snail" care with the content of healing snail mucin also satisfy.

We already know the negative effects of UV radiation on our unprotected skin, so it's no surprise that UV rays are the most common trigger for rosacea. Therefore, daily application of sunscreen should become a regular routine. Even an unintentional short exposure to the sun's rays can cause an unpleasant skin reaction. A cream with SPF 30 should become the final step of daily care, all year round, regardless of the weather.
Taking care of skin with rosacea can be difficult and tiring. But by adjusting our lifestyle and our habits, we can reduce its flare-ups. Appropriate skin care and the right choice of products are important helpers in its daily management. And we offer some of them here:
