Apply shampoo to wet hair, scalp and hair in two phases. In the first phase, focus on the scalp and in the second on the hair. Lather an appropriate amount of shampoo and gently massage the scalp, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Repeat the same procedure for the hair.
