Sarangsae Black Hair Scalp Toner

Hair tonic is aimed at improving the scalp. Its composition helps revitalize tired and weakened scalp. The tonic hydrates the skin, soothes it, regulates excessive sebum production, strengthens hair roots and creates an optimal environment for subsequent hair health. Green tea extract, sophora and multiflora cocoria nourish the scalp. Frankincense oil adds hydration and softness to the hair. Apply to clean, dry or towel-dried scalp. Do not rinse.
